When booking lash extension services, each client agrees to all policies and studio rules.

Thus, each individual client is responsible for thoroughly reading, understanding and adhering to said agreement.

All policies can be viewed in the “Policies” highlight feature located in profile bio.

Clients that fail to adhere to HCB Policies are subject to forfeiture of client status.

deposits

a mandatory, non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment.

A deposit is not an added fee.

It is paid when booking the appointment, subtracted from your total, and the remaining balance is due at the end of your visit.

 
 

pre - appointment

please show up to your scheduled appointment following these guidelines:

Show up on time.

Be 100% Makeup-Free.

Dress comfortably.

No pets, no guests.

Feel free to bring headphones.

No caffeine prior to your appointment.

 
 

cancellations

clients are required to make any changes to their bookings a minimum of 24 hours prior.

all bookings deposits are non-refundable, however, if you cancel prior to 24 hours ahead of your appointment, you may receive a return of your deposit.

Please cancel through the confirmation correspondence that was sent to you at the time your appointment was made (text or e-mail).

rescheduling

all appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the client’s scheduled appointment(s).

Please make any changes for your appointment through the confirmation e-mail or text that you received when the appointment was made.

Booking deposits are not returned, nor added. The paid booking deposit will be transferred and applied to the new appointment.

 
 

no-show

Failure to show for your scheduled appointment without prior communication will result in the increase of your deposit in order to secure your next appointment.

When a client misses their appointment without communicating, it’s the Lash Artist that ends up with an empty appointment they could have otherwise filled. Not to mention it is simply time and money lost.

“No-Showing” an appointment can and will result in the forfeiture of your status as a client.

 
 

Fill appointments

All fill appointments are subject to change within

Timing + Cost if the client shows up with less than 40% of lashes remaining

Clients are expected to adhere to all policies, especially Aftercare. Be sure to provide proper care for your lashes between fills to avoid needing extra time, resulting in extra cost.

 
 

late

Clients are required to show up on time following all appointment-prep guidelines.

There is a grace period of ten minutes allotted per person.

you will be charged a $10 fee for arriving any later than ten minutes.

Arriving later than your scheduled appointment time may result in the rescheduling of your services and the requirement of a new deposit.

 
 

aftercare

lash extensions are an investment of not only money, but specifically, time.

the only way to ensure optimal retention and the least amount of time required at each fill appointment, is through proper aftercare practices between visits.

Just like you would between dental visits, well-polished hygiene routines are the only way to ensure the health and safety of Lash Extension services. Without cleaning, lashes can grow harmful bacteria that can cause extensive damage to the natural lashes. Again, just like your teeth would grow cavities without diligent brushing, your lashes must be properly cleansed 1-2x daily.

Every client receives Aftercare Instructions upon leaving their initial Full Set Lash appointment. Following these guidelines and using HCB’s Luxurious Lash Bath cleanser, your natural lashes will not only be enhanced, but their natural growth and health will be encouraged as well.

 
 

refunds

I do not provide refunds.

As a well-experienced technician, I am aware that results may not always be in the favor of the client. Though this is a rare occurrence, I do not provide refunds for any reason, no exceptions. When an individual books a service with me, the cost of the appointment comes from time and materials used. Thus, all sales are final.
